I have been going to this place for SIX years. I've recommended it to just about every person I know. I've never had a bad thing to say.. until now. I booked an appointment for a WEDNESDAY about a month ago. I know for a fact I said Wednesday because I work TWO jobs on Tuesdays so it wouldn't work. I even had it written on my calendar which I did as I made the phone call. When I came in today the woman at the front desk told me that my appointment was yesterday (Tuesday) and I never showed up. I NEVER ONCE received a confirmation call... since I have been going to Tapestry I have always gotten a call. Nothing. On both my home and cell phone. I was livid. The woman at the desk was absolutely RUDE!!! And no help to me. How dare you treat a loyal customer in this way. She didn't even attempt to make room for me nor would she admit that they marked me down for the wrong day when I SPECIFICALLY said Wednesday. I left and I called Tapestry in centereach and they fit me in INSTANTLY with no questions asked. The staff was so friendly, understanding and accommodating. Honestly, the overall atmosphere at the Centereach location is better. The staff is a lot more professional. You have people running out to smoke a quick cigarette at mount Sinai as they're foiling your hair. Last time I went, a woman brought her dog in and the dog pooped almost right on my feet. A dog in a salon!! Nice. I will never go to this location again. Centereach has a new client after their tremendous services today, and it actually worked out perfectly that the Mount Sinai location was so rude. I am honestly hurt that after six years of going to Nicole this happened. Nicole is a talented artist and is one of the only reasons why I will ever miss this place. I hope she continues to branch out and do great things with her talents.

This Salon Is truely the Best Salon in town. I've tried many...Tapestry Salon is very professionally run and the girls are so friendly I love it every time I'm there! They specialize in color & color correction and it shows every time I walk out the door my color is fantastic. My cut is exactly as I ask because they listen first! You will not be dissapointed! I have sent all my friends and family there and they love their hair every time. My sister recently got married and had her whole bridal party done at Tapestry and we looked awesome! Their prices are very reasonable some of their promotions actually help me save a few dollars and what I found out from going to other salons in the area is that you really get what you pay for.You must try this salon! I love it! I'll never go anywhere else!
